From what I get, Russel is a very conservative guy who has heard through a forex friend that the USA was the holdup on the RV but the issues have been settled and the RV will proceed and be seen here in the states on Tuesday.
I know, I know, we have heard all this before so don't shoot the messenger, I am just giving you what was on the short call. Give it a listen, it's just under nine minutes.
