Any Proof?

For the ISX to go international, is there any proof that they have to be article 8 compliant to have a recognized currency, or is it just guru Horseshit that they need this? Many contradictory articles and info expressing the need to be or not to be compliant with an international currency-Very confusing to say the least-

Nope, no proof at all ... because it's not true. Nor do they have to increase the value of the dinar.

Nope ... besides it's not something you come under or are granted like a status like the UN sanctions, Art. 8 is simply a set of rules you agree to conform to. Nothing more, nothing less.
