Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 Article: "Daash" hamper Iraq's accession to the World Trade Organization" Security issues within Iraq that are obviously associated with threats from DAASH terrorists are putting Iraq's efforts to join the WTO on hold for at least the time being.....at the same time Iraqi forces have been making very good progress in ousting terrorists from some areas around Iraq...more work is needed to get things moving again with the WTO.

And then there is that little part about having a diversified economy before making it to full WTO membership. They are still quite a way from that.

I noticed that too. There's quite a few things to accomplish before full WTO membership is a reality.
