I REALIZED, THEY ARE DOING NOTHING DIFFERENT THAN A COMPANY GOING PUBLIC GOES THROUGH WHEN THEY ARE BEING UNDERWRITTEN BY A BROKERAGE HOUSE IN PREPARATION FOR THE IPO. THE PROCESS IS UNDERWAY, WE WOULD LOVE TO KNOW WHEN, THAT IS UNREALISTIC...WOULD BE LIKE INSIDER TRADING...A TOTAL CRIMINAL ACT...THERE IS NO CHECKLIST...NO ONE KNOWS WHEN...IT COULD BE ANYTIME...PRESSURE IS MOUNTING FROM ALL OVER.
