I understand and believe Okie's explanation of the ping situation and the proclamation that the dinar had RV'd.

However, I have a problem understanding why, if it was just a minor communications glitch, didn't they just fix it immediately and get this thing done? Doesn't anybody use the phone? If there was no response to the ping from the USA, or all the other countries also, why didn't someone somewhere pick up a phone and say "please send it again"?

What happened and why didn't it just get resent/restarted?

Like he mentioned... it could have a timestamp on it for when to activate.

It could have been set to implement at a later date. But, honestly, who knows. scratch
