I had occasion to go out of town today, I took some Dong with Me. Approximately 2:30 this afternoon I went to a CHASE Bank located in a high traffic Metropolitan area and I might add affluent because of the new Maseratis in this Bank's parking Lot. The Manager met me at the door, inquired about my reason for being there. I said "Currency Exchange please". There were 2 Tellers assisting 2 other customers. Manager called out another Teller freeing up the one I was directed to He asked me which Currency, I showed him my Dong which were in the Chase Bank envelopes with Receipts. He took all Bills out of Chase envelope, examined each one THOROUGHLY, ASKED ME THE AMOUNT OF DONG even tho he had just counted them,I asked him the Rate, he replied,"I don't know yet" he kept examining the Bills, no DelaRue machine or Book. He finally SAID, (did not write it down) 0.000041. I said I wouldn't be exchanging today at that Rate. He then said to count the Bills again because of the Denominations and "not everyone is as honest as Chase Bank is." A woman came out of a side door, he passed something off to her very quickly giving me a reason to be concerned. (He doesn't know I've made copies of all my Currencies and Receipts). i asked him if he'd been following the Dong and he quickly dismissed me with a shrug of his shoulders and said " not at all"... I've validated my Dong with my Copies and all is well. The amount of time and attention he spent on those Bills is a positive sign for me. I feel like I was being cautioned about this whole exchange event.

Or maybe he was looking at something he's never seen before??? Why do these dummies always read wwaaaayyyyy more in to everything than what is actually there.

I think they are funny. It's blatantly obvious which ones come from real people and which ones are from Tonys plants...the real world people have ones that have the bank saying it's not going down any time soon....the Fony plants have all kinds of nonsense somehow proving an imminent RV.

Yeah they MIGHT be funny to some, but in all reality, it doesn't get anybody anywhere, and I've had enough- I just wish the stories weren't brought here-Reality is a very scarce commodity around here anyway-

There is no reality in dinar world. The articles are repetative, conflicting and mostly EDITORIAL OPINIONS that hold no water.

The gurus and other stuff is brought here to SHOW REALITY of the dinar guru situation. By posting it, and decapitating it, the ones who are new to this fiasco get to see that NOT everyone believes this crap and that they should learn to question and think about what is being posted out there.

If you don't want to read the bank stories Turbo....don't click on n the thread...pretty simple man.

Your correct that there is a lot of BS in her go dinar world....but let's be real...there's a lot of BS in all aspects of life. There's guys like Tony in most forms of business...it's just deciphering whether you want to listen to them or not. I think we do a great job here of separating out the BS from the actually news...and we have some great people here who know a lot about various aspects of this investment. Not claiming they have insider info...but they have knowledge of how things work in reality and how things should go here.

Then don't read them. They aren't posted because people here believe them. They are posted to prove a point. That the whole dinar world is filled with a lot of bull sh*&. Those posts show that it is buyer beware purchase.

Of course reality is a scarce commodity on a Dinar Forum. Especially posts under a thread titled Bank Stories. I suppose we could limit them to what goes on in the real world.....but that would be rather boring. Banks, for the most part, aren't selling IQD any more and some aren't selling Dong either.

I find them amusing and apparently others do too. This whole Dinar fiasco is absurd and bank stories are only one part of it.

Yep! "Bank Stories" is one of my favourite sections. Great entertainment value.

Oh for frigs sake this is a bloody dinar site and bank stories go along with it. Bank stories show how ridiculous this so called investment has become! If you are looking for reality watch the news!

The bank stories always amaze me just how stupid some people are, even 5-6 years ago people showing their fake cash in receipts of RVed dinar from their banks and being members of certain sites , didn't take long to rid the site of them members
