Based on Maqrh the House of Representatives and approved by the President of the Republic, according to the provisions of subsection (I) of Article (61), item (iii) of Article (73) of the Constitution.

Ratification letters and exchange of notes and minutes of discussions on the Japanese loan to the Republic of Iraq, signed on 02.16.2014
Almadh_1_ incredible letters of the Republic of Iraq and the exchange of notes and minutes of discussions, signed in Baghdad on 16.2.2014 between the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Iraq and the Japanese Ambassador to the Republic of Iraq in Baghdad on the Japanese loan provided to the Republic of Iraq in the amount of (39.118 billion) Thirty-nine billion one hundred and eighteen million yen Japanese to rehabilitate the port sector (Phase II) on a project for the port of Khor Al-Zubair.
Almadh_2_ This law shall be from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Reasons
To strengthen financial relations between the Republic of Iraq and the State of Japan, and in appreciation of the efforts of development in the Republic of Iraq, for the purpose of certification letters and exchange of notes and minutes of discussions on the Japanese loan to signed on 02.16.2014 the Republic of Iraq.
