The "plan" ............. world wide economic collapse..... the emergence of a one world government and one world currency........and it is not going to be IQD !Trouble's coming, get right with God then go do something significant for His Kingdom. Just fyi, the banks are not the ones covering the RV, Iraq is. They have more than enough in reserves and in the ground to support a new rate. And FYI, you can easily get $5k out of a bank at any given time. My biz partner just pulled out $9500 yesterday in CASH.

I call BS on this one. Recently had a relative pass away, his wife walked into his bank ( a Chase branch in a small town) the next day, and cleaned out his account. It was right at $32,000, in cash. $100.00 dollar bills. The whole time the teller was counting the money out, he kept trying to get the customer to take a cashier's check, she kept refusing and got the entire amount in cash, green, folding, spending money.
