FYI in case your new to this game (most aren't) But the BUDGET has nothing to do with the rate other than them GOI saying how many Dinars they will appropriate and where.The Gurus and the POS that runs Dinar Predicts (Blance) make it sound like the Budget will be open and magically a RV will be there.For those of us that have been around for years,know this is false (they do this every year to hype sales).One other thing,Remember all their posts with the innuendos that Christmas will bring "Our Blessing" or some sort of reference to a Big Christmas Gift.Well call me "Captain Obvious" but isn't Christmas come and gone and nothing happened.And those poor people who think that this is some sort of a religious investment keep getting sucked in.
