Abadi has shown that he wants to race to the finish line when it comes to the Iraqi economy and the restructuring of the currency.

Second, the CBI is on record that the process will begin to be rolled out in the "early part of 2015."

I am not at all pessimistic on this matter.

Third, the "basket" of laws is already in the works, according to statements from parliamentarians.

Therefore, it seems that a plan has been made and is in the process of being implemented on a time schedule that has already been announced.

That being said, I see no reason to backpeddle our thinking at this point.

Of course this is Iraq...
