Not Much News

I've been looking at the news from Iraq ... and well, there is not much. However I will observe that over 200 people were killed or wounded in ISIL attacks in the last day, does not sound to me like much of a party ... or the stable situation we need, and the roos keep saying we have.

Just from a practical standpoint, while nearly 1/3 of the country is in control of hostile force who seems to be able to inflict damage at will causing hundreds of casualties, you are not going to see a positive change in the value of their currency.

The slowing of reports of ISIL atrocities is only a reflection of the unwillingness of news organizations to send folks into the ISIS controlled areas, NOT that there are any fewer crimes being committed.
