I have a question regarding the project funding. My concern is once the funds are provided to certain projects, what might the approval process be facing?

CRITERIA: WHATEVER HELP OTHERS AND DOES NO HARM. THAT IS THE APPROVAL PROCESS.

There is environment approval. Does the project meet local, state, and federal guidelines? Does it impact global climate change? Will it impact endangered species? There may be a red-tongued toad living under a rock within a 500 mile radius(I don't mean a politician), and this could hold up or deny the project being built. The EPA is a strong force to overcome.

TOADS ARE IMPORTANT, BUT I WILL NOT GET INTO A POLITICIAN’S LIFE RIGHT NOW. ALL THAT STUFF IS DETAILED IN THE BUSINESS PLAN THAT WILL BE FORMALLY DEVELOPED WITH OUR TEAMS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PROJECT. SIMPLE MECHANICAL STUFF REALLY, AND YOU JUST HAVE TO SLOG THROUGH THE DETAILS.

There is the political payoff. Who wants to be paid to approve the project?

HOW ABOUT ME? I AM CHEAPER THAN MOST POLITICIANS. REALLY.

Well I suppose they could have called themselves a religion and filed for their 401(c)3.

I know a guy that teaches on how to make medicinal oils and tinctures.
Now if he were to charge a fee for these seminars he holds apparently that would not be "legal".
But if he asks those students to make a donation it does not have to be reported though I did not ask under what statutes at the time he was telling me his business model.

I Have heard that if a donation or purchase is made to these websites goes through Paypal or the like they do receive a type of 1099 to pay tax on the donations or purchase.  

So I always wonder just how much these donations bring in.

I don't know...  This nut could be throwing some lines out there to tap into a more scary demographic: those who would listen, follow and understand this BS.  Annoying, sure.   Historical bonds, knapsacks, pigs....  what a load
