Peshmerga liberates 5 villages belonging to Nineveh

BAGHDAD / NINA / A force of the Peshmerga liberated on Sunday 5 villages belonging to the province of Nineveh.
A security source said that the Kurdish Peshmerga forces liberated the five villages near Kuwair area in the province of Nineveh.
The security source told / Nina / that the Peshmerga forces liberated two villages in the province of Nineveh after clashes with the IS.
He said that the Peshmerga forces supported by the aircraft of the international coalition liberated two villages amid Al-Kuwair northeast of Mosul and forced the IS elements to withdraw from the villages towards the city of Mosul after inflicting them dozens of dead. / End
