Another bank story from friend D	Permalink

I have my own bank story and it’s a good one…not from the Internet. My friend in NC just called to tell me the experience of a mutual friend who is also in NC. There is a new Wells Fargo Wealth Management and Investment center that just opened….not a public bank. Anyway, our friend, D, went marching in today and said he wanted to talk with a wealth manager about investing money from recently sold land. He was met by a gentleman who lead him into his office where D went on to say he also had foreign currency. The WM asked what kind and he said Iraq Dinar. The WM said he didn’t know much about that and would have to do research as he jumped on his computer and found a site where he began to read aloud to D. He said something like…..the revaluation of the Iraq Dinar is in progress…….and at that moment his facial expression totally changed and he quit reading aloud. He then asked D, “how much do you have?”. Once D told him he immediately said lets set you up an appointment for Monday. D said Monday didn’t work for him and the guy then said “how about Tuesday?” and D agreed. D also said he had a lady friend with even more Dinar than he had and the WM grab a pen and said what is her name. It is so nice to have my own stories to re-affirm what many others are saying. This is about the third story D has been able to give us. Thanks to D for doing this. JE
