$3.68 is logical $3.22 + 8-20% inflation over 8 years

there are some holes here is this story, first the www.cbi.iq will be the first site to post a change in the rate and second Dr. Shabib is the one who pushes the button well he is in Jackson Hole, Wyoming he is not going to release a change in the exchange rate when he is out of his country and not in his office it is against IMF policy. Read the IMF policy!

Do you have a link to where it states Shabib is in Wyoming at present?

This is just like when Blaino called it a couple months ago and then we all woke up to nothing. It has RV'd quite a few times but never actually shown up. I won't be believing it until we get some proof from a bank or the CBI site changes. Been down this road before. As far as Shabs being gone, I wouldn't be surprised if that was meant to be smoke, making everyone think he was here so no RV until he returned. Suspect

I hope you know that no one is going to broadcast this info and shout out what just happened specific to Iraq, rather just the general news that an RV took place among several countries. Like business as usual.

You're soooooo right. A friend of mine called me to tell me it RV'd and Okie called it. I had to check it out. Now I see that it looks like another hoax or at least a cruel birthday joke on Okie. I gotta say I really feel bad for him. Plus now we won't be able to check the boards for days because of all the bashers. This is gonna start a firestorm from h#!!. If this does not RV in the next 48 hours, I will be very concerned that Okie has made a MASSIVE mistake in calling a non-existent RV. It would really damage his credibility. I believe Okie is honest and is trying his best to provide the most refined intel. However, without enough verification, could Okie have just been "Punked" by his source or sources? I guess we will see.
