Ramadan Ends on August 29th Eid-al-fitr Starts on August 30th

With the Holy month of Ramadan about to end on August 29th (may be a day later due to the sighting of the clear new moon), Arabs will start a 3 day festival holiday called Eid-al-fitr on August 30, 31 & Sept 1 (may be a day later depending if Ramadan ends 29th or 30th).

This period of celebration after Ramadan is marked by gift giving and lot's of joyous celebration. It is the equivalent of celebration of Christmas in the Christian world.

So would this not be the ideal time to release the RV to the Iraqi world? What an Eid-al-fitr cebration :cheers:

I noticed that Phoenix3333 on his blog radio has mentioned the optimum time period between August 28th & September 3rd based upon events happening that week.

So my Eid-al-fitr holiday date falls right in Phoenix's optimum dates but he did not mention this tidbit that I am mentioning to everyone here.
