Fallujah News / Baghdad ... Deputy Prime Minister Saleh al-Mutlaq, Sunday, on the need to work on activating the national reconciliation file, warned that the displaced people will face difficult conditions with near winter.
Mutlaq said in a statement, received (Fallujah News) a copy of it, after his meeting with American Ambassador Robert Stephen Beecroft and the representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations Valerie Amos each separately, the 'displaced difficult circumstances has been experiencing complications more because of the approaching winter and the growing numbers' , calling on the international community to 'express an urgent assistance in cooperation with government institutions and humanitarian Iraqi'.
Mutlaq stressed the need to 'move the international community and humanitarian organizations and internationalism more positively toward this matter, especially since the displacement is still continuing because of the ongoing war between the security forces and terrorism'.
