With all things leading up to SEPTEMBER 8TH, the RV should happen before then. If it does not then this is my personal opinion....if the RV does not happen this week or by September 8th then I think we will not see it until next year 2012 by late summer. The reason I say this is because Obama is a smart man (he might not be liked but he is smart). He wants re-election and by waiting until close to the time when people vote to release the RV then he will look like a savior and people will re-elect him. OPINIONS?

If 'O' Suspect could actually manage to WAIT until 2012, it would cost him dearly...the economy has NO TIME to wait that long.

One would think that the economy would be in ruins by then, but still No RV yet as of today and the economy is still hurting.
