Jester   I THINK THEY THOUGHT WE WERE HEADING THE RIGHT DIRECTION... AND SOMETHING HELD THINGS UP.... CLOGGED UP WAS THE OPERATIVE WORDING... AND NOW THEY ARE DOING A LITTLE CASH FLOW WORK AROUND...I THINK THEY ARE NEARLY OUT OF TIME... I HAVE THOUGHT THAT FOR A LITTLE WHILE... BUT SOMETHING HAS CHANGED THE CASH FLOW... SO I AM PRETTY SURE IT HAS COME CLOSE OR THINGS WOULD NOT HAVE CHANGED TO REPLACE WHAT HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN GOING ON... BUT SO FAR... JUST THE HIGH END
