6-30-2014 Intel Guru TNT Tony [via Duke] This was supposed to happen but was held up for between 1st - 4th. As of this morning this was a request to extend it out to the 9th or 10th, which we don't think will happen. That could be out there to cause confusion because Maliki is still trying to stay in the game. Parliament is meeting right now... In the mosques everybody was told the rates on their cards would increase late tonight or by tomorrow morning. We're waiting for a PM, GOI, and increase on their cards by their tomorrow morning, our late tonight. ISX is still supposed to occur on the 1st. We've gotten this info from Washington & 3-letter agencies. I think things are working out the way they're supposed to. I cannot see them extending this to the 9th.
