[Are we still using VNN and IQN?] Yes. The RV is a foregone conclusion – it’s over and done with, we just want to see when we get started. We know how close we are.

I do believe that we are in the RV process now, kicked off and ready to go.

[You are still saying RV, or is there a chance it might be an RI first?] We believe that it’s an RV – that has been worked out and it’s fine.  We have evidence of that.

[Do you believe it will be fixed rate or a float?] A float.

[is the GCR waiting on the CBI to pull the trigger?] I believe the RV and the GCR are separate, but you can’t let too much space between them.  So in effect, the RI + RV will come through and the GCR will follow shortly thereafter.

[do you still feel good about the next three days?] Yes.  Everything looks phenomenal...Things have been put in motion, and it is different from the past.

Man, I am overjoyed already. Oh, that's right. I am still waiting. I say put it somewhere's and forget about it. If and when it happens, someone will tell you. These guys are so full of _ _ it.
