They will be tried separately. We don't know if they will be convicted. This has nothing to do with whether they did something wrong.It has everything to do with whether the court system can prove they did something wrong.

leo560, A "public defender" is not hired. If i remember correctly, Tony said he was too poor to hire an attorny for himself. But, from what I have seen of his FB pictures, he lives a pretty good life with all those DONATIONS.

Tony did a great job on the call today. He was funny,optimistic,cheerful and positive.It just made you feel great to have an intel provider with such vast knowledge about everything.He was able to answer everyone's questions.Here is the best part. He thinks the RV will come soon.Maybe by July 1st.

When I stated he hired a public defender, I was trying to be funny, but I guess you dont have a sence of humor. Im a Black man so if I dont know anything, I know public defenders are appointed.

Hmmm ... well lets see, Tony is charged with two counts, wire fraud and money laundering. If convicted each carries a fine (amount not specified but up to three times the amount gained by criminal activities if I am reading the law right,) plus up to 30 years in prison (given his prior convictions,) and forfeiture of almost five million dollars or equivalent in property and liens. I would say that's pretty darn serious.

This is also a motion specific hearing ... that means no trial yet. From the context of what I have read, I believe that William Fox's lawyers are trying for a dismissal of charges. & Tony's are going along for the ride, that is they have no objection. We are still in the pretrial motion phase, so it'll be a while before any actual trial.

Or it means he knows the evidence is so compelling even a million dollar lawyer won't be able to get him acquitted, so why waste the money?

Or part of his defense is saying "Hey, if I stole millions of dollars, why can't I afford to hire a real lawyer?"

Regardless what the reason is, the guy is a lying piece of garbage. There is zero doubt that 14dailyplus was a total scam. The only way Tony isn't a complete scam artist is if he could prove he had nothing to do with 14dailyplus, which I'm guessing he can't.

I realize it is a motion trial. The attorneys are trying to get it dismissed. I would just like to get the process moving instead of just sitting in the court system.
