Arrest Warrant Issued for TNT Tony

I found this gem just posted over at TNT.  I have no idea if there is any truth to it.....after all it did come from the TNT website, be we can hope!

OMG!!!
The FBI is issuing a warrant for the arrest of Anthony Renfrow aka TNT Tony under the RICCO act. Being involved in a criminal enterprise is a serious charge.

That thread didn't last long.  The mods are taking control as the folks await Tony's call are getting anxious.

i am not sure what his crimes are but just on the bs he has fed us is enough to go to jail

Forgive me if I'm wrong...but isn't the RICO act to do with organized crime? Specifically money laundering across state lines?? Wonder if it's true or not...because this comes with some SERIOUS consequences.  Also I wonder how someone would find out about the issue of an arrest warrent?

Interesting that this comes up the same day that Tony starts spouting off about Maliki has until tomorrow to get this done...but thats not exactly new for him.

Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, allows the leaders of a syndicate to be tried for the crimes which they ordered others to do or assisted them. Basically it made it easier to try mob bosses. It also defined certain acts as racketeering activities, including, but not limited to: Violation of state statutes against gambling, murder, kidnapping, extortion, arson, robbery, bribery, dealing in obscene matter, or dealing in a controlled substance or listed chemical, bribery, counterfeiting, theft, dealing in obscene matter, obstruction of justice, slavery, gambling, money laundering, commission of murder-for-hire, embezzlement, securities and certain other types of fraud, drug trafficking, smuggling of illegal aliens for profit, and terrorism. The RICO act defines the commission of 2 or more of these acts as racketeering.

It is certainly possible that Tony could be charged under the RICO act since he is already facing charges of fraud and money laundering, however so far I have been unable to confirm the original post as being accurate.

I think we need to consider the source, first. 

Second, time will tell us the truth. 

 Third, IF it is true then it will have to be published somewhere.  One doesn't go to court without a record.  I would doubt that one could obtain information re: the arrest warrant as the case would be on-going.  BUT one could try, given they know who issued the warrant and where it was filed.
 
 
As a footnote:

The wildfire in Alaska has continued to burn.  The fire is considered 46% contained, however no effort is being made (nor will it ever be) to put out the fire in the Wildlife Reserve - other than keeping it from structures or harming people.  The rain came - small amounts though it was -- and cooled off the region allowing the ground crews to extend the fire barriers to approximately 500 feet in some places and 300 feet in others.  The winds came up today and caused some havoc, however no evacuation notices are presently in effect and there does not seem to be any threat to structures.  5 structures were lost to the fire - all recreational cabins and all uninhabited at the time.  These were lost in the area where the fire jumped the Kenai River on Sunday.  NO fatalities and only 1 inury (minor) have been reported.  NOTE:  The water bombers saved the day for structure protection on this fire.  Hats off to ALL the fire fighters.  This fire will probably burn most of the summer in some areas of the Refuge.

The incident command stated this afternoon that they will evaluate the situation in a couple of days and release personnel based on those evaluations.  They have already released the wter bombers.  About 740 fire fighters are currently engaged in battling the Fun River Fire.

Has anyone heard anymore about this?  I found this posted on the We are the people Facebook.

Yes tony did tell the truth he was arrested in Barstow Ca sat around 4am unknown what the charges were till county police post them but info leads to something pertaining to the ricco act and wire fraud

Interesting that Tony told the truth. On yesterdays call he said it was not true, and does not know where all this crazy stuff comes from !

RICO = Racketeering, Influence  and Corruption
activities covered
 the act of operating  protection rackets which includes armed shakedowns to extract protection money by threat of violence or use of force to effect injury or bodily harm.  organizing a prostitution ring. bribing public officials to corrupt justice and obtain favors to influance the outcome of a court case.  these activities sounds more like the activities of the police and sheriffs deptments, and polititions. and attornies. not someone holding conference calls on some weird forirgn currencies i never heard of come folks get real. i assisted  the vice squad in my earlier years and no it is nothing like portrayed on TV. in some parts of the slums knowing too much gets you killed not knowing enough gets you killed quicker.

RICO charges can also include 2 or more of such crimes as embezzlement, securities fraud, money laundering, wire fraud etc. So while I am not saying the statement IS true, given the lack of any actual news articles or court documents I could find, I am acknowledging it COULD be true, especially since he is already under indictment for wire fraud, securities violations, and if memory serves me correctly, money laundering.

It will be interesting to see what comes of this and what his followers will have to say.

Considering he is a convicted felon already and is again facing federal charges for wire fraud, money laundering and securities violations, do you really think he has an inside track on anything? What is there to congratulate? His lawyers success in delaying his trial, or his ability to dupe gullible people into following him and sending him donations? No hate here, just bald, unvarnished facts. Tony is a con artist, a fraud and a liar unworthy of anyone's trust.
