American Contractor says "The Iraq federal budget for 2014 will continue to be delayed"

5-10-2014   Intel/Newshound Guru American Contractor   The Iraq federal budget for 2014 will continue to be delayed as they wait for the next government to be seated.  It is possible that the next seated government will have to work on both the 2014 and 2015 budgets.  The next government will have to work harder than they ever have to accomplish this task.  Projects in Iraq are suspended or stopped altogether because of the Iraqi Parliament Speaker and the Parliament members failing to pass a federal budget. More delays, not a shocker.

Who cares about the budget. Enough already.  The Iraqi news report had a message from Turki that there would be no change in the project delete the zeros/ remove the zeros/ lift the zeros (I don't remember the exact words but I can dig back and find it) until political stability.  You dufusses who keep hanging on this damn budget. If you knew anything abut budgets you would know that you can have multiple budgets just like companies do and they can revise a budget at anytime. It means nothing to an RV.

I truly believe now that China, Russia and Ukraine thing is impacting all of these world currency changes.  The CBI controls the RV/RI or LOP whatever that project is intended to do. 

Do the guru's really think they are convincing smart people. Maybe there are many sheep who don't know any better but there are some very intelligent people invested in this.

American Contractor used to just say later, later, later, now he's pumping a different story. Like I told a friend of mine 4 years ago, I don't think he's an American Contractor in Iraq at all.

I guess after reading this BS for 4 yrs, I'm fed up.   

He's as much an American Contractor in Iraq as the Goat is a Bavarian B.... umm never mind ...
