You know...it's much more effective if you drank a tablespoon in hot water each morning. I'm not sure I would be bathing in vinegar.

Saint my mother did that for years. There is a whole lot of good about ACV. I had an article somewhere, if I can find it then I will post it here. It's very good because it lowers the PH in your body and most of us need that. Too much creates uric acid causing the arthritis, gout and whole lot of other ailments.
It's best if you do this in hot boiling water (like a tea) and drink this first thing before any breakfast. On an empty stomach.

GG I suppose the hot water gets it through your system a lot faster. The article I read just said to take it and never mentioned a time of day nor the hot water. I'd like to see the article though if you can find it. Thanks.

I'm not a fan of tablets because there are other ingredients in there that make it tablet that I'm not interested in. If you can find a good organic one that's the best. Otherwise, believe it or not Heinz makes a good one.
Traditionally apple cider vinegar is used to remedy digestive distress, aid in detoxification, and to reduce intestinal bloating. Mix one tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar with 12 ounces of warm water and drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. The acetic and butyric acids promote gastrointestinal health by balancing your pH and encouraging friendly bifido bacterial growth.”
As for hot water the body asborbs it better into the system.with the ACV. Doesn't have to be much. Just even a half cup or less. Same as hot water and lemon in the am. I use hot water and lemon but I also include Collagen Hydrolysate powder for joints. I am noticing a big difference my my hands and I've only started taking it a month ago. Noticing other benefits too but that's for a separate posting topic.
All of these are always better on an empty stomach. That's because the body isn't busy processing food that has been eaten. Energy is spend on absorbing the liquid on an empty stomach.
