Are you in a Bad Mood

Not any more. I put someone on ignore and have opened a fine bottle of red (Beringer Cab in case Saint wants to know) and I feel wonderful.
 
I have studied and read this about going for walk. Actually a change of scene so out of the room you are in, walking away (outside is good for most people who are earthy people) or doing something physical.  Since we can't all just stand up and start dancing in the middle of a board meeting, many times I have requested a flow break and taken myself and some others outside for 10 minutes to get our head straight.
 
I find that walking with a dog is even better. Missing my Golden who loved to walk the neighbourhood with  me and smell the activity. Now I have a runner that pulls and forgets I'm on the end of the leash.
