2-11-2014 Newshound Guru Tlar At this point in the game you can't believe the timing of any release because they have already proven that they will say anything to protect the project. The CBI has to be leary even telling the EC and FC [Economic Committee and Finance Committee]. You will wake up one day and it will have happened...the leak proved we can't count on getting any notice in a change in the currency or float or deleting the zeros. The leak caused many problems for the CBI, not the least of which was a run on the banks. So I am confident that the CBI won't make that mistake again.

I agree with the general statement ... but as to the reason ... What the sam hill is he talking about????
