You can add few drops of essential oils such as lavender, rose or lemon balm for a fragrant mixture and to enhance the effect of it. You can also mix other herb combinations, and create a personalized mix for your skin.

This face scrub also contain white clay (also called kaolin clay) which has many benefits including antibacterial and detoxification properties. 2 cups white clay
1 cup finely ground oats
1/4 cup finely ground almonds
1/4 cup finely ground lavender, or calendula / rose / chamomile
1/8 cup poppy seeds
A few drops of essential oil (optional)

Combine all the ingredients and store in a glass container. To use, mix 1-2 tsp of the mixture with water, and stir into a paste. Gently massage on the face, and rinse off with warm water
