   now Iraq has stated that they will effect the global economic condition and it has been referred to as the event -- so it would be a great time to set rates and begin trade -- it would also be a great time for other currencies to do the same imo. i think it would be great time for an rv with the situation at hand with global economies and all the need for new economic options for trade. the best part for Iraq is that they are the only country in the world that has not been effected by the global recession and downfall due to the fact that they have not had an internationally recognized currency. so emerging for Iraq is more like waking up -- not emerging.

The only money China is not exchanging is the bitcoin, old news at this point. I see nothing to lead me to believe that any other country is not exchanging money. The only issue I see in the offing is the one TD mentioned in his post. There are a lot of jitters that the US may SLOW the printing of money allowing interest rates (and the relative value of the dollar,) to rise. 

Yea, they were not effected much by the global recession, that's because they were already at the bottom of the barrel. They are an emerging economy by any reasonable definition. One with a lot of potential, but not one ready to make any big moves as of yet. So where is the article you are referring to?
