first hbsc is limiting the amount of  money you can take out of your account. then yesterday in china they stopped everyone from taking money out eventhough the end of week is there new years. today a large bank in russia stopped for a week giving out money. then last week two bank employees killed themselves from england and today  mgmt  person from a german bank hung themselves. very strange things going on
