1-27-2014 Intel Guru DC [via Adept1] there are two tracks the RV can take – the international RV led by the IMF and Iraq, at about $3.50, and through the public sector. They did that in mid-December and pulled it back at the end. That is one venue. It is our understanding that the international community is tired of the administration not doing what they said, so they are moving forward on that plan. We cannot blame them. We will get the lower rate, and those who have already cashed in will get what is over that rate clawed back.
The other strand is UST led, and with that we would get the contract rate. Everyone is ready to go, and they were promised by the administration that this will go forward today. They are 100% ready, some exchanges happened over the weekend at those contract rates. We don’t know about today.

There is a third strand, and that is that you are a FOS pumper, and lying either to pump up your ego or to sell more dinar to unsuspecting fools. Either that or you are a total idiot who is buying all the guru lies verbatim. Regardless of which one is correct, there is no further need to listen to the crap you spew out.
