Ponee while thats a good idea. I don't think giving a bunch of untrained citizens military grade hardware. The bet thing Iraq can do is take the drones they've ordered...beg borrow and steal for them to finally be delivered. Then use them to take out Al Queda groups. That way there will be a minimum of civilian casualties and the the maximum damage done to Al Queda.
A land war...as we have seen the last few years is holey ineffective...think Vietnam...the need to fight the fight on their terms and not on Al Queda's.
