I have always thought that we would see everything together and I am not alone in these thoughts… We have seen many articles that the tariffs were being implemented on Jan 2nd, WTO meeting on Dec 29th It will be a huge burden on the citizens as it will raise the prices on people that already are poor…. Tariffs and an international currency are requirements of the WTO to join. The citizens are also to start getting paid via the smart card early in Jan, the ISX is closed from Dec 29th till Jan 6th to implement their new regulations.. What, so it takes over a week to implement the new regulations… I could go on and on but there is so much going on the end of Dec and the 1st part of Jan.. But we have to watch wait and see.

Barzani & Maliki haven’t fought over this HCL law for months and is why I believed that it was done. I never thought they would show it until the RV happened because they would have to give the citizens their oil royalties that they have been promised for at least 3 yrs… They aren’t going to give them the 3 zero notes that they have been removing from the citizens, they aren’t going to pay them in USDs either or they would have done that already. And what better to way to get the new smalls into circulation than to put them on the smart cards and then the citizens will spend them into circulation…
