Millionday says "they are working very fast...getting this done. " --

12-1-2013 Newshound Guru Millionday "the importance of the continued contribution of the institutions of the World Bank in efforts by the state for economic reform expressed the readiness of Parliament to provide any support contributes to the success of the steps of the World Bank in Iraq." they have gotten a high five from the world bank -- and are stated as being ready... this is fantastico news.

12-2-2013 Newshound Guru Millionday we know the world bank and the imf are there and...by all the reports we have seen in the last week...they have said they are working very fast...getting this done. so we have many things right now...that are showing that the electronic banking is set up...the money on the cards, so we are close, imo. [is it normal for CBI site to not update rate by now?] i have seen the rate not update many times. most people think it means this is it ...it is not abnormal.
[is the wto still on for this month? What was the date to be active member by?] it is the schedule on the wto site...dec 31 2013. the world trade organization requires a tradable rate and internationally recognized currency for trade agreements. they are now an observer -- they are to become an active member by what the date says -- accession.
