Didn't you hear????? We are all Mentally Challenged according to OKIE ! That is what kind of people he thinks we are. After reading the 199 comments on recaps, with the majority of them pacifying and soothing poor okie... it appears he is correct. At least as far as HIS FOLLOWERS are concerned.
