Some use the physical catalog and others use the online version. Technically they do not have to wait for a physical book. That is solely at the discretion of the banking institution. The material with the lower denominations is now available to all major U.S.A banks as of TODAY.

Every branch in the United States will not be an exchange location and it is based on demographics. The UST in conjunction with FINCEN already has reports of regional IQD holdings based on city, state & zip which ties into 1800 that has been implemented for the exchange.

I doubt it. First and foremost, because there are no reporting requirements for transactions under 10,000 USD. Very few of us, if any, will have spent over 10K on dinar, let alone at one time.

Now how in the world could the UST and Fincen have records on all dinar transactions?  Ah, excuse me but that is the most stupid statement I have ever read.  If the IRS can't seem to find all the money the ultra rich have that they don't pay taxes on how can the UST trace foreign currency transactions when one has to assume many were conducted with CASH and sometimes investors sold theirs to others?  Seems to me this clown needs to get a grip on reality.

In reality, NO ONE knows who all has dinar.  It would be an impossible task.  Not only that but I doubt seriously that anyone knows how much any one has.  That too would be impossible.  I buy from dealer A, dealer B, bank C and investor D.  Later I hear of a whale of a deal and buy from investor E.  The transactions I make via wire COULD be amassed, however the CASH transactions are impossible to determine. 

I think this clown needs to go to the center ring!  Popcorn, peanuts, candy coated snacks!!!

Maybe they'll use those contractors they hired ... you know the 380 some who collectively owe something like 85B in back taxes ...
