Where is Maliki?

Poppy3 says he's in Iraq while Tony says he's in the Us.  WHO is right?  On one hand we have al-Maliki making speeches at home and on the other he is in meetings with our beloved government leaders.  WHO is right?
 
This is better than the episodes of "Payton Place," "As the World Turns," and "the Lucy Show" all rolled up into one.  Only vaudeville could be more contradictory.  This guru thing has come to be something of a trial of the theories thing.  Who is right?
 
I know, Who is on first according to Abbot and Costello.  If that is the case then what person is in the US and which one is in Iraq?  Only the Shadow knows?  Or does someone else?  Actually, what difference does it make where the wannabe dictator is?  For all the difference it makes (as it has been reported that he has signed off on the rv - at least 6 times already) does it really matter?  More smoke and mirrors.  The 'roos are getting lax in their usage of smoke and mirrors lately.  They did a better job 3 years ago!  Now they are concentrating on timelines and announcing the rv daily.  What to believe?

Here - There - It doesn't matter.  Wherever he is, he is not focusing on RVing the currency.  If he is here, the meeting has nothing to do with Iraq's Dinar.

According to Reuters, he left Iraq for the US today. Nonstop it is 13 hours from Baghdad to DC, so he MAY be here by now. If he is, he'll be cutting Zs not polishing his RV speech.
