[Texasgrl] My brother just called me and said he got ph call from a friend who has a buddy who was a contractor in Iraq. His buddy called and told him he recently cashed out! Under NDA so couldn't disclose how much he was paid! He is retired and moving to Brazil! Our time is coming.... Breathe and believe

Maybe they cashed out at the current rate b/c they're tired of waiting. The rate was so low that it was embarrassing to "disclose"!
