Hee Hee hee, SURE FRANK, for the ????th time the HCL and Erbil are complete.  Right!  And how come they weren't completed the last how many times?  Hmmmm.

Many great things ready for announcement?  Like what?  The clowns reporting to the center ring?  YOU not being informed to Zip It from Okie?  Okie getting the injunction ready for publication on Recaps?  The running of the dinar?  HO HO HO HO HO.  I've got it: SANTA coming early this year?  Sooty old devil!

A "possible" RV?  Now that is really funny.  How does a country have a "possible' RV?  It either does or it don't.  Outrageous.  Popcorn, peanuts ...... .

Frankee ol' boy, your just another one of those clowns in the center ring.  I'm thinking about putting the clowns down to the far ring as they are boring.  In fact, P. T. would have done it already.  "Would the clowns proceed to the far ring.  All clowns to the 3rd ring, please. 

You know folks, it sure is interesting how much the other 'roos pay attention to Okie and his "Zip It" command.  Better produce the injunction Okie - then they might listen to you.  Pretty sad when NOBODY pays attention to you, isn't it?  Ah, how many weeks ago did this RV?  Which time was that?  And the all important question is:  WHERE'S THE MONEY? 

I think I shall go fishing today, much more interesting and productive than sitting here looking at the same old balderdash and gibberish.  Bull Malarky, most of it any way.
