[OKIE OIL MAN] I HAVE BEEN IN CONFERENCE WITH 3 OF THE 4 BIG BANKS INVOLVED AND WITH THEIR PRESIDENTS. THE BIG 4 HAS AND IS NOTIFYING ALL THERE BIG CUSTOMERS TO GET TO THE BANK TOMMOROW TO SET THEIR APPOINTMENTS AHEAD OF THE MASSES OF PEOPLE THEY ARE EXPECTING.

MR SHABBBI HAS BEEN SITTING ON THE R/V BECAUSE OF THE ADVERSE EFFECTIVE THE STOCK MARKET CRASH'S REFLECTION ON THE VALUE OF THE USD. THE VALUE OF THE DOLLAR HAS BEEN HIS MAIN CONCERN ALONG WITH THE DROP IN OIL PRICES AS THEIR BUDGET IS PROGRAMED TO OPERATE ON AT LEAST 85 DOLLARS A BARREL.

THIS R/V HAS BEEN SCHEDULED 3 TIMES SINCE LAST THURSDAY AND THE STOCK MARKET HAS BEEN THE FACTOR INFLUENCING IT NOT HAPPENING. NOW AS YOU NOTICE THE PRICE OF GOLD HAS RISEN BUT THE ODDITY HERE IS THAT THE USD HAS NOT BEEN AFFECTED TO THE EXTENT IT WAS PROJECTED TO BE AND WITH THAT IN MIND THE R/V IS NOW SET TO BE RELEASED VERY SOON--YES I WAS TOLD THE DATE BUT WILL NOT RELAY THAT NOW.

Sun Digger; You asked what the "45-day window" meant. I wrote it down, here is what I have:

The first 45 days after the r/v, you will be taxed 15%, this is everybody, no matter how long you have had your dinar

46 days to 6 months everybody that cashes in will be taxed 18-22%

After 6 months post r/v you will be taxed 36% on your cash in.

O'really, I'm afraid you overlooked the fact that you get screwed when you listen to professionals, especially lawyers who all work for Queen Lizzy of London, who are quite happy to steal your money for your incompetence in taking their advice. Where is everyone getting their tax information?? I keep hearing 15% no matter how long you have held your Dinar, but normal tax rates are 15% on investments that you have held for more than 1 year. If it is less than 1 year, the tax rate goes back to the normal income tax brackets.

I would love if it was 15%. I am just wondering where the info is coming from.

Butterfly, you are so correct...I have been in this investment over 5 years and have done my due dilligence and set my plans in place, including implimentation of my trust, cashout proceedures, investment strategies, choosing my CPA, my tax attorney, choosing my second citizenship passport, etc. And what I can tell you is that many professionals have a varied opinion, including CPA's, Tax attorney's and even trust attorney's. Do your due dilligence, choose one, and get it in writing. At the least it will show your intent and due dilligence, and you will not have to pay penalities or have property seized...I call that your get out of jail free card...lol Good luck!

He was just responding to the question by stating what Okie has said many times about what he 'heard' was going to be the possible tax scenario. Nobody knows what it will be or even IF it will be. :shock: At this point, nobody knows if we'll ever have an RI/RV or a reason to worry about taxes. Mad

First and foremost, I am posting this with no disrespect to anybody. This is my first post as I have been reading everybodies posts from okie to rich queen to omnigirl on dinardaddy. I have only been invested in this for 3 months. So, I can only imagine what people are going through that have been invested for years. I have a friend of mine that is also invested and he told me that he has been hearing the same thing for the last two years that it should be this week only to see "this week" never come. That can be discouraging. In the last 3 months I have heard so many stories about different rates and when the rv is going to happen, but it "seems" to be not too many people are on the same page about any of this. Why?? After intel is given, everybody gives a disclaimer along with it now...could/will/should......(hope not)....along with others. Not to mention the intel they say is good....isn't provided. It is kept to the person that "apparently" has the contact from which the intel came from. Also, the person with the contact makes sure they let the reader know that they can't give out the so called "good intel". If you can't give it out....please don't tease. That can take a big toll on people esp if they have been invested for a considerable amount of time. I still see the CBI are doing auctions at the artificial rate (and I have no problem being corrected if I am wrong). So, how could the rates be climbing if they are still the same at the CBI? CBI crashed? No, it was a major solar flare is what was mentioned elsewhere. I am not bashing, nor am I being negative. I am only speaking on the differences I have witnessed and it is hard for me to even form an oppinion about this when the people that claim to have the intel are not even on the same page. My friend was banned for asking who medic was on dinarspeculator. If you choose to do the same to me...so be it. Is it today? Is it tomorrow? I have another friend that is invested as well and he is a banker. He told me that they will know a day before the rate changes so their personell can be prepared, but he hasn't heard anything yet. I believe it will rv. It has to in order for Iraq to be able to trade internationally. They need a strong currency to do so. My dilemma is, I have heard so many different stories that I don't know what to listen to. I would love to be able to continue reading your posts, but it's just too darn confusing. So, I have decided to stop coming to these sites. I will just call my banker friend everyday until it rv's or until he gets sick of me calling. Too bad that this was my first post and my last all in the same stop. Poppy said from every source both sides of the pond, spot on. You don't know me, and I do not KNOW Okie, but Poppy2 / REV D. I have know for 5 years. This is a solid, no mess, no gray area kind of boy (6'6") Tennessee Titan. Would love to share his life story, but not mine to share. If I had called him and he said okay brother, feel free to post my comments...THEN I would. Poppy 2 along with a Team of 19 others, have contacts that likely only Okie can rival, influence wise.

THIS WEEKEND...LET'S CHOOSE TO BELIEVE AS ONE FOR OUR RV BY NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, NO MATTER WHAT upset little voices within you want to repeat perhaps even a history of murmuring or finger pointing. You chose to Invest, so act like REAL INVESTORS, Who actually always know they could lose every dollar they invest. You Won't and Can't....take a 20% loss and get out, What is another 3 days. For my family another 3 days feels just as rough as it does for you. We have to move by next weekend, and have no clues how or where. Let me copy and paste Poppy 2's closing statement this morning.

Don't be concerned with anyones tax opinions before the RV! NO ONE knows what the IRS is going to rule on! We will find out after the RV everything else is speculation. Just be prepaired to vary your plan from from a low rate to a high rate. After the RV get all YOUR team of professionals together and work your plan.

Great Post and I'll admit, I'm a fan of Poppy2's and hope he's feeling better. I've made it thru 3+ years, I can surely go another 3 days or however long it takes. I've built my "foundation" of knowledge and all these investors(?) with the Lottery Ticket mentality, thinking that someone is just going to point the way to the cash in window would probably do well to build a foundation of their own and not be so reliant on others to feed them. Then maybe they can aleviate some of their negativity. Let's hope that Tuesday's our day and if not, we persevere until the Tuesday after that. Rinse and repeat.

ok I said that was my last post. So, I lied. I don't believe anybody has the lotto ticket mentality. I also believe that if you're invested in this than you know that there is still some risk. Where the problem lies is when you say you know something and you can''t back it up to prove it. Then what you say doesn't come true. Makes you look like you have no business talking about it. I was told once if you have no experience then don't comment and if you don't know, then don't lead the blind. If you don't know anything, than why say you do? Is it because you want self recognition? Or, are you being provided with bogus intel. Bottom line, I am acting like anybody would in my position and that is with a certain skepticism on intel due to inconsintencies of providers of the intel. I am willing to wait on this and I certainly don't need to debate with anybody on this either. I know my stance. I take my stance. As a result, I may have to stand alone, but I am would wager that there are plenty of people just like me that just haven't spoke out. That's all.
