5 days from being over, once Ramadan is done
we should see an OFFICIAL conclusion and
implementation of the Arbil agreement. we will
hopefully see the HCL resolved in very short
order, Chapter 7 isn’t lifted yet. my opinion is
that the plan is to lift Chapter 7 in the same
week that the HCL is resolved and it’s also my

over a week that the 24th-26th were the
absolute prime days for us to see the RV IN
THE BANK! Do I think we are close? Yes so very

HE STATED THAT JUST YESTERDAY THAT IRAQ WAS TAKEN OFF THE OFAC LIST AND NOW IS A LEGALLY TRADEABLE INTERNATIONALY ACCEPTABLE CURRENCE EVEN AT THE OLD PROGRAM RATE OF 1170 DINARS. HE ALSO INFORMED ME OF THE IMPORTANCE OF SEPT 3 BEING A DEADLINE IN IRAQ TO R/V INTERNATIONALLY TO KEEP THEIR PRESENT STANDING WITH THEIR PROJECTED WTO ASSENCION. Great post evenstar. People will probably say likewise, but it's good for some of the people to be reminded not to carry much weight in what all gurus say. This has been a huge cluster for all of us, but at the same time this thing is going to happen. Personally, I'm looking for Parliament to get their arse's back and sign off on the "lidfting of the 000's" and "HCL". Both are awaiting sitting quietly on their desks awaiting their return.
