IRAQ wants to be a donor nation by 2014...well they better get the IQD international and SOON! Time is running out!

Not only is time running out for that, time is running out for the protection of the DFI funds, which ends on May 22nd. For as corrupt a nation of Palimintary juggernauts, I would think 1 trillion in oil revenues sitting in a bank account they cannot use, they would get off their duffs and GET IT DONE! That is, if they want the money. Go figure!
