The outside date for the value of the currency to be substantial, at least a dime, 25 cents, 50 cents, getting up into the Saudi Arabian numbers [1 Saudi riyal = 0.2667 US dollars] is Jan 1st. A free float will get us there in 30, 60, maybe 90 days.

The way I read it, punisher, is that is the "back wall" date. That it would happen between now and January 1. But that's JMO on what he's saying.

I agree punisher. I have felt that after the elections and the first of the year.

Why? It's too late for an RV to affect the economy so it would not help a campaign to brag that one had "seen to it this got done." Also it isn't abut the United States or any other country EXCEPT Iraq. AND we know how they agree upon things over there - so this ride could take a bunch longer - maybe even a decade, who knows. Hey, don't scoff at that, the possibility is there because it is approaching a decade since their currency was devalued and nothing productive has entered the picture (not rv and no recognized currency) to date. All the gibberish and balderdash changes nothing - there still is not a recognized currency in Iraq other than the USD. Then we have the other things like announced government, seated ministers and Erbil being done and announced. NOPE, not those either. They are too busy Dinarguru- Check it out- 2054649356

So what makes all these so called information providers so certain it will happen today, tomorrow, before the end of Sept. (how many month ends does this make that they missed?), by the end of the year, ..... ? And then we look at the sources: who names them so we can check? The gag orders (what a laugh). I do agree with you. I am setting my mind to JANUARY now. I just don't see anything happening besides talk in the next couple months.
