Bond Lady -- Dinar Recaps

There is a BL post on recaps that is quite misleading. I just got done taking a quick glance, and it seemed to be implying that she was saying the RV had happened. Well, it was a paragraph out of a much longer post and a vitally important sentence was left out. Note the question in red which she is answering and was not included in recaps. The section on the Kurds were her comments discussion of another article and were not linked to this in any way. I don't know if the poster was intentionally deceptive or accidentally ... but once again we see the importance of going to the source.

Kurds saying we're not gonna give up on art 140 and HCL. HCL ready
for vote, article 140 billons dinar being paid out on it.The HCL has
been amended an is set to vote Saturday. We've been seeing them pay
billons of dinar out on article 140. 140 and HCL will appease them the
Kurds. Harder to do than the HCL and article 140 both is putting someone
in the Minister of Defense.
