United Nations confirms its commitment to stay next to Iraq to overcome the transitional phase

The Special Representative of the
Secretary-General of the United Nations, Martin Kobler, on Monday, his
commitment to stay with Iraq to overcome the transitional phase, as seen for the
Foreign Relations Committee, the formation of the Human Rights Commission of the
most important achievements of the new Iraq.

The Vice-Chairman of the Parliamentary Foreign Relations
Committee, Salman Jumaili in a statement issued today, he met with the Special
Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Martin Kobler and
discussed several issues relating to Iraq.

He stressed that he had discussed with
Jumaili Kubler upcoming elections and how to overcome obstacles in Kirkuk, to
reach a successful formula for a solution, and the law of oil and gas revenues,
and the political crisis experienced by the country and how to get out of
it.

Jumaili and the price of the
UN role in Iraq and help provide the expertise to form a Human Rights
Commission, considering formation of the most important achievements of the new
Iraq.

For his part, Kubler UN is
keen to stay with Iraq, so that he can overcome the transitional phase in peace,
stability and access to the whole crowned by his hard work towards the
establishment of democracy.
