kaperoniModerator	On another site there is a guy named Delta who has told everyone that the CBI has transfered in the last few day 200 billion USD to support/back the RV. In essence, to add it to there already 62 billion in reserves to total 262 billion in CBI reserves. I wanted to de-bunk this statement. The article is not describing 200 billion USD deposited in a bank account and being part of the CBI total reserves, but it is explaining that the CBI has sold 200 billion dollars over the years through the CBI Auctions to support the fixed dinar exchange rate (more commonly known as the artificial program rate)..in other words, they sell dollars to keep the dinar fixed at 1170 (now 1166). This is not money that the CBI has, but what they sold. If you add up the daily CBI currency auctions over the last 7-8 years, you will see it totals about 200 billion USD. More recently, the dollars sold have left Iraq and been smuggled to Syria and Iran totaling over 4 billion alone if not more. Unfortunately for us, the CBI does not have 200 billion extra dollars. lol. All in all, this is not a big deal as it pertains to the plan, i just don't like false or misleading information. I am giving Delta the benefit of the doubt.

He watches Iraqi TV all the time and said that it was the GOI, not the CBI, that transferred $200 billion in to back up the RV.

We will see if he is right.

Kap may not know everything as much as Delta does because Kap is right here in US, but Delta is in Iraq and he specks Arabic as any other Iraqi.

Except he has been found out that he is in NY and not Iraq...... There are many discrepancies with Delta over the years..... JMHO

That is correct!

Delta lives in the U.S., but watches Iraqi TV to see what's going on over there.

With cable or DirecTV, you can watch anything from all over the world.

IMHO we need honest answers...and if it hurts someone's feelings ..oh well after the reports over the last few days about our fellow investors losing homes going bankrupt,quitting jobs and the last the suicides... am sorry but me as aninvestor I prefer the real facts...

Others also watch their news and are on the sites and they have differing opinions then delta. There are articles out abut the 200 bill so its not a secret. Just how anyone interperets the news is an individual thing. One person reads it one way, another reads it another way. So I just sit back and watch it play out lol
