I see the entire information regarding even the three zeroes as a dillusion. I dont think they ever were going to raise the zeroes.they already have all the new currency printed.there is/was no reason to reprint. they will achieve everything they need by just increasing the value. As the large notes with the zeroes are cashed in and exchanged, then destroyed -they will then use the smaller notes that they already have printed and they will have more value
