Nevada LLCs

Good afternoon. I am planning to set up a Nevada LLC. I would like to know, from anyone who has already done so, what is a good company or law firm to work with. Thanks very much!

Thank you for your response Dinarstar. Yes there are many LLC businesses in Nevada. That's the good thing and the bad thing. Just looking for ones that others have had good experiences with. Why are you looking at a NM LLC?

The two big things as I understand it are taxes and level of protection. Nevada corporations are very private ... protected by their laws. But again AJ is the man with the plan.

I stand corrected,but as far as I know it is one which can be lodged completely anonymously,then I would open a NV bank account for the LLC.
I have saved some info on it,and will pull it as soon as the RV hits.
It may then be late in the game,but hopefully,I would still have time to get it set up after cashing in a 25000 note,followed up with exchanging the balance of my dinar with my chosen NV bank.
It is also relatively inexpensive,about $450 I believe.
There are,I am sure,pro's and con's,and I am no expert,therefore do recommend you receiving input from others much more qualified to expand on your query...
in my opinion,this should work for me,in my current circumstances,and cover my bases.

We live in TEXAS and we are set up in NEVADA. We used Nevada Corp Headquarters...They are AWESOME to work with.

We don't live in Nevada, but we set up a Nevada LLC with Corporate Service Center. Kathy Lantz 800-638-2320 ext. 2227 or Dennis Nabak 800-508-1872 ext 3174 or his assistant. Someone, can't remember who, had them as guest speakers on a CC. This person has done business with CSC for years. They were great to work with! Website: corporateservicecenter.com

Kathy's title is Senior Certified Asset Protection Planner. Dennis's title is Senior Corporate Coach. They know and understand about the RV. Best to call and schedule a telephone appointment, if out of town.

CSC has in house CPAs, tax attorneys, etc. Hope this helps.
