Well,
I don't know if it is voluntary or not, but I have two friends living in well fenced federal housing, were they feed and cloth you for the length of your stay, (10-15 years) for non payment.

If you want to stop paying taxes you must eliminate your corporate status. Once you fill out that first w2 you have opted in.

I think it was on OOM that I saw a sign the other day. It said, "If you just heard a gunshot, that means I'm reloading."
