I have the answer...
I think I have figured out an elusive piece of the puzzle as to the RV.....
I can only give you a trivia quiz, if you will, that might put your brains to work a little harder and help with answers to this situation...... Here you go.
3 men check in to a hotel. Being that they are short on money, they decide to split the cost 3 ways. The guy at check in tells them that the total cost for the room is $30.00 for the night (this is TOTAL cost). Figuring that was easy enough, they each gave him $10 bucks. $30 BUCKS...Pretty simple...
After about 30 minutes a knock at the hotel room door and it was the guy from check in. He informed the 3 men that he had overcharged them!! The total cost for the room should have been $25.00 and not $30.00. so he offered them the $5 dollar difference back. Unsure of how to split the $5 buck evenly (not very good at math) one of the guys decided that each of the 3 men would take $1 dollar back and give the guy who checked them in the other $2 bucks for being so honest!! Seems fair enough doesn't it??
Now, here is the part that has the same equation as our elusive RV....
Remember, each man originally gave the clerk $10 bucks right?? Then the guys comes to the room and say's it should have been $25 and not $30 bucks for the room. So each guy gets a buck back and the guy who checked them in keeps $2 bucks. NOW..... Each of the 3 men have $9 bucks invested and the check in guy has $2 bucks!!!!! See where this is going??
3 men X $9 bucks each = $27.00 Dollars and the check in guy has $2 bucks = $29.00!!!!!!!!
WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OTHER $1 ?????

It's all there. The bill was $25 and they split the other $5. Number tricks are fun. If there were 4 people at 10 and the bill was 35 instead of 40 and each took $1 and gave $1 to the check in guy you would be "missing" $3. Can't start from the end!

Re: I have the answer...
Soooo, Here's the answer as well as it relates to the Dinar RV!!!!
A paradox is a logical statement or group of statements that lead to a contradiction or a situation which (if true) defies logic or reason, similar to circular reasoning. Typically, however, quoted paradoxical statements do not imply a real contradiction and the puzzling results can be rectified by demonstrating that one or more of the premises themselves are not really true, a play on words, faulty and/or cannot all be true together. But many paradoxes, such as Curry's paradox, do not yet have universally accepted resolutions. The word paradox is often used interchangeably with contradiction. The logician Willard V. O. Quine distinguishes between:
Paradoxes in economics tend to be the veridical type, typically counterintuitive outcomes of economic theory, such as Simpson's paradox. In literature a paradox can be any contradictory or obviously untrue statement, which resolves itself upon later inspection.

- Veridical paradoxes, such as the birthday paradox, which are seeming absurdities that are nevertheless true because they are perfectly logical.[1]

Chevy: The Doe got it? With all those bucks there had to be a doe! It is discriminatory for the men to have ALL of the money, hence the doe got the $!.

Puzzle soved.
Here's the explanation. $25 doesn't divide by 3 equally so each person had not paid $9. They had each paid $8.33 and then got $1 back so they paid $9.33 each or $28 dollars and the check in clerk got to keep the $2. 3 X 9.33 = $28 plus the $2 the clerk guy got to keep. They were wrong when they said each guy paid $9.00 when it was really $9.33. Mystery solved ..... just like doing story problems in the gold old days of Arithmetic. By the way I'm not ancient either. Amazing what we learned back then that they don't know today.

Re: I have the answer...
Ah, but if they each paid $9.33 (3 x 9.33 = 27.99) what happened to the other penny if the clerk only got $2.00?
I don't think the old adage, " in for a penny in for a pound" applies here so now we can all GO FIGURE AGAIN.
Mercy, let the rate be published soon!!!!!

Sorry needed to be more precise
Sorry actually they each paid $9.33333333 or two could have paid 9.33 and one paid $9.34. It was never paid that way but that is the math behind it. Than's when the guy throws in the extra money or the dollar when the woman gets out her calculator and figures $25 divided by 3 was $9.3333333333 and the guy says here take this as he hands the clerk the money and says I'm outa here! LOL

Re: I have the answer...
You guys are being hoodwinked. At the end, when the three guys each chipped in $9 which was a total of $27, that was paid out as $25 to the room and $2 as tip. The riddle fools you because it sets you up to take $27 and add $2, whereas what the math makes you do is take $27 and SUBTRACT $2 to get the $25 room charge. And, it this makes you go hmmmmmm, just "figure" that I got 738 Math SAT scores.

anami is exactly right. It's an old trick simply based on violating the rules of math and logic.

Re: I have the answer...
We don't have any control over that really. However as always look to CBI and Forex, and study/do the research on your own. You can find most current news articles over on http://www.changesxchange.com/ This is a news based site. To the best of our knowledge we are still awaiting the finalization of the HCL, the seating of the final ministers in the GOI and the implementation of the budget. How soon? That's the million dollar question isn't it? It would appear that we are very close, but we'll never know for sure until we are looking back at all of this.
